no GATE here...just sign on door

The trouble here is that the "GT Program" isn't really much of a program. I'd not ever heard of GATE, but if it is an organized program that really targets the kids' special needs that would be different. Here, the benefits of being labeled are about where the benefits of the "program" end....in other words, it's more the label on the GATE than an opening to anything!
