I have 6 reading groups of 4 students and see two groups for 20 min each a day. I have a grid and rotate the groups like this:

-Center------------1st Group_____2nd Group
With Teacher:-------Red------------Orange
Reading Alone:------Yellow---------Red
Partner Reading:----Green----------Yellow
Computers:----------Blue-----------Green
Listening:-----------Purple---------Blue
Reading Response:--Orange---------Purple

It works really well and I am able to meet with each group every 3 days.
