I have my students do math facts as part of the work they do the first thing in the morning while I take attendance. I give them certain ones for the week and they write it down two times in their morning journal. This week they are doing 10+1"s all the way until 10+10.Then they do a morning journal writing on the other page.This is so routine for my students, they look foward to it and it is good practice. The whole morning journal/math fact thing takes about 20 minutes. Good Luck!!!
