teacher certification
By Brooke

Clip to ScrapBook
Hi, I took this test in July. It was my first time taking it and I passed. But let me give you some advice. You do not have to take the K-6 test to be certified K-6. You only have to take the 1-6 test. This test is shorter
and you can take it and the professional development test on the same day. I took the 1-6 and then found out about the K-6 and was upset. I thought I would have to go back and take the K-6 to be certified in K. One of my university instructors checked it out and we will be certified K-6 by just taking the 1-6 test. If it is not too late I would see about changing tests. Don't worry
to much about it, if you don't pass all you have to do is retest. It's really not as bad as everyone makes it sound. Did you have to take Physcological foundations? If so this class helped me alot for preparation for this test. What part of the state are you in? I'm in Northwest Florida. I've never talked to anyone else on this board that is from Florida.
