Very interested in your research

Hi there Grad student. I am very interested in your research. I am a teacher who took 3 years off from the classroom to work on my master's degree. I worked in a professional setting while completing my degree and have
now returned to the classroom. I am dumbfounded at the lack of professionalism displayed by many teachers (no offense anyone) and constantly floored by the lack of organization in district (not the one I originally started in).
I am very interested in school reform and plan to start a doctoral program with this emphasis. I would be interested in your findings as I think it is the 2nd

career educators that have so much to offer to these reform efforts. Any chance you would email me your thesis when finished or could you post it here....somehow??? Just a thought
