It will depend on how willing your supervising teacher is to let you have the reins and what type of situations you encounter.
My practicum teacher was great, but the teacher I student taught with was much more hesitant to let go of her kids.
I hope you get to conduct and write IEPs; perhaps do a Functional Behavior Analysis.
