I agree with your first reply - keep it simple. Administration will be lucky if they get to it in the interview, but you still want to have it done just in case. I put my resume, certificates, philosophy statement, sample lessons and photos - I also included a video. One person told me to drop your video and portfolio off a few days before the interview. Oh, also make sure you have a cover letter!
