Team Teaching

I teach 5th grade and this is my first year to team teach. Luckily the general ed teacher I'm with (I'm sp ed) has a similar teaching philosophy and discipline style to mine. So far we've had a great year. We've been able to lift the load off each other a bit and reduce stress. I know I'm one of the lucky ones.....I hope it continues! Good luck to you I hope it works out because I'm sure it can be very stressful with a teacher you don't really mesh with.
