A "mentee's" perspective

My goodness, do these mentees even really want to be teachers?! If I was a brand new teacher I certainly wouldn't want to be making such a poor impression by taking advantage of my mentor's generosity.And as far as reinventing the wheel goes, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery! Let them flatter you by making some units/ideas of their own!!
