Hi there. I know what you mean about feeling like people might be talking about you. I decided pretty much halfway into the year that I was not going to return to my school the next year. I felt like it must have been in
the airwaves or something bc people began to treat me differently. It's hard to explain.
Try not to let it bother you. Remember why you are there - to teach. Make your school life separate is the best advice I have received and maybe given. I learned to not care what others thought of me personally, bc they are not my students.
I think once the holidays settle down, people will come

back refreshed and more positive. Who knows? Maybe you are not the only one who feels like everyone is acting differently. Maybe it's in the eggnog. Chin up!
