Suggestions for materials
By Julie

Clip to ScrapBook
Carol,

I know how frustrating it can be to find materials and time! Some places I look are magazines (our library has subscriptions to National Geo. World, Zoo, etc.) Weekly Readers are another great source. Also, the web site readinga-z.com is a site with GR books. Some are free, but then there's a subscription price. (However, if you're low on sources the price of $30 for six months is worth it!) We've also started to pair our books between classrooms. We might have a few of the same, then go to the library (public and school) to get a set. Hopefully this helps or triggers some other source you haven't tapped into.
