Wow! You are all so encouraging! I appreciate every word and will take it all to heart. It's all really great advice and food for thought. No nothing special is being done just for me. I'm not the only uncertified teacher in the school. And I would like to become certified - no doubt there is a tremendous amount for me to learn. Always. Thank you for the encouragement!!
