miserable co-op teacher

I know exactly how you are feeling... I only have a week left thank goodness and have survived mostly due to the fact that I love the kids. My co-op has split personality disorder. One day she is nice and the next day, screaming at both the kids and myself. She is very degrading to the kids and recently started to put me down. Nothing seems to make her happy. Not what I expected at all for student teaching. I think teachers really need to think it through before taking on the responsibility of having a s.t. If it is for an additional body in the room, please think again. The only way I made it through is knowing the kids needed me. Good luck and know it will be over soon.
