I know about being behind we just missed 2 days due to snow. The days off were great but now I need to rearrange my lesson plans. Time is limited since December 20 is our last day of school before our winter break. You can use encyclopedias. Your local library probably has a copy of AMISH SOCIETY by John A. Hostetler. I have the third edition but it is an older copy. I belive the most recent published version is the fifth edition.
