I totally agree with you about the sense of calm This approach has freed me emotionally from the power struggle that tends to prevail in behavior management/discipline issues.

Are you receiving the email updates from Mr. Marshall? I don't have time to read them through, but I enjoy reading the short testimonies from others. In addition to the valuable quick tips from other teachers, there is always the same encouragment of experiencing greater peace and less stress with discipline moments.

It's nice to see your post here, and I look forward to hearing how you and your kids are doing with this system. Is there anyone else in your school doing it this way?
