Hi,

This summer I read Marvin Marshall's book and was so excited for school to start so that I could use his ideas with my class (first grade). I tried it. I don't feel that it works for first grade, unless I did something wrong. I feel that children at this age need to work for SOMETHING. I went back to Fred Jone's Positive Discipline. Whom I had used in the past. It works for me and the kids like it too (no stickers, toys or candy). They work for time!!! It is a great program
