grading

I make sure I grade everything I collect from the kids that day. (That's what I get paid the big bucks for.) If I have to take it home then I do it. If you don't do it daily then it piles up. Now, I do pick and choose what is recorded and what is not but I do look at all my students work. I know lots of teachers that have parents and aides check work but I feel as a teacher and a parent that it is unfair to the kids for the teacher not to at least see what they have done.
