I had a wise mentor teacher who once told me to pick my battles. It would be my guess that father thinks there will be no deduction due to his phone call. Decide how far you want to take this before grading the report. There is bound to be flack and is it worth it for this project??? I hear what you are saying, but I agree with the above poster. A call to Dad might give you some idea as to what he is expecting. Sometimes the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, and if Dad gets by at work by using phone calls and computer excuses, then his children can too.
