I try not to make it too "Christmas" (there are people that don't celebrate this holiday)I have some beautiful posters commemorating Hanukkah and Kwanzaa too. My favorite thing to do is make my hall bulletin board look like a village with black starry sky background and hills made out of that cotton sprinkled w/glitter they sell in sheets. then the kids make thier houses out of construction paper. They make a window that opens out and we tape a picture of them inside the window so they peek out when you open the window flap. They make trees and other decorations for the scene. I glitter the houses with white sparkly stuff. At the top are the words "Peace on Earth" Its a village of my students and very cute!
