heres an idea

I think that u should make a snowman with the kids. Have each student bring a picture of them or take them yourself. That way the parents wont ask why they need a picture. Instead of making the face cut a cirle so they can add their picture there. I did this with my kids and all the parents loved it because it was different and it had their kids pictures in it.
