i think teachers should expect a few calls from parents.

is this other staff member a teacher?

do you not like her?

could this be a personnal issue?

i'm not attacking you, but you do some defensive.

do you think she/he is judging your skills?

i'd talk to this person, but please respect her as a parent.

i'm having the opposite problem as you=== i'm the parent/teacher who needs answers from my child's teacher.
