Restroom breaks

I do take into consideration persoanl needs of the girls in my class. They usually confide in me that it is that time, and I ALWAYS let them go. It is a certain number of kids that I am having a problem with. I also tell the girls that use that excuse too often, that it only comes once a month, and it can't be used all the time. I give them enough passes to last them, as do the other teachers. I think that so far it's worked well. Now I move onto bigger and better problems..................
