I did the next day write a written response to what the principal told me and asked that it be filed. I have bounced back and forth between confronting them both so I am considered fair and am not directly pointing fingers
or letting it go. We as teachers are not trained to deal with the difficult personel issues that we are faced with. I hate having to be the boss of these situations. I told my principal I would think on it over the Thanksgiving break and then get back with him regarding what I should do. I am speaking with him in the morning. Part of me believes I really must talk to them. If I just talk

to one then she will say I am playing favorites. I love teaching but this is the part of the job I hate. Thanks again and I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Believe or not I did.
