I am 7 months pregnant and struggle with the same feelings of not wanting to leave my students. But, your situation doesn't sound like one where you really have a choice. You need to take care of you and that baby! If something bad happens, you won't be able to really be there for your class anyways. You'll be mentally devastated and distant. Please take a leave of absence a.s.a.p. Also, I frequently visit www.babycenter.com. This site seems to address everything imaginable including a board with different topics where you can probably find others in your situation to "discuss" with.
