Going to the meeting
By Cathy-Dee

Clip to ScrapBook
Since the person is on an improvement plan it is most likely that he or she has improving their relationship with you as part of that plan. I would go into the meeting with an open mind and try to remain positive throughout it. Since I don't know what the difficulties were I don't want to make any assumptions on them. If the personnel director wants you to make changes or wants to hear your side of things, then be honest but also be willing to perhaps make changes. Perhaps this will be a great way to work out things with your colleague.
