but I would not say anything to either of them because (1.) if they were close enough to do that, they would not be talking about you behind your back to start with, and (2.) if they have talked about confidential matters to someone, the principal should be the one going to them, they is why he gets paid the big bucks. I hope it all works out for you. I have learned that some people will find something to complain about even if it is your shoe color. They can't function with a negative attitude. Also, do you think it could be jealousy that you are the teacher and getting paid alot more than the aides?
