I think you, as a parent, have done all you can and also as a teacher so your best bet would be to have your husband talk to her. If you pursue it any further yourself then that teacher will feel attacked. Try to remember how it feels to have a parent tell you that you have done something unfair? I don't like to bring this up but do you think this teacher has something against you? Perhaps resents you because you might be a better teacher? I've seen teachers, NOT ALL TEACHERS, take their dislike of a parent out on the child. Just some thoughts. I agree with the poster above and that you should get your husband to see what he can do. Perhaps negotiate a compromise on that grade. Good luck.
