are you talking about me?
By Ginger

Clip to ScrapBook
This could be me. When I first started teaching I had a principal that did this to me too (a woman who was jealous). It was very obvious to everyone. She did the same thing to me. She found nitpicky things at first.
Then she wrote some horrible things. When a new principal came on board(and had been there enough time to get to know me), I just went and voiced my concerns.

This happened to be another woman but didn't have these petty jealousies. I happened by her office late one evening when everyone else had left. The opportunity was just right. She started up a light conversation with me then

it just led into that. She said she had found those in my file and said she had watched me enough that this couldn't be true. I don't know if she had the "right" to, but she removed them later. I didn't ask her to but she said she thought they were a mirespresentation of my teaching. Come to find out, she knew what this lady was like so that helped my case.

I wouldn't go in and demand they be removed but could ask to review your file with him/her. Maybe you could share you rebuttals with this new principal and voice your concerns. Maybe he/she will take the initiative to have them removed.

Good luck! Keep up the good work!
