I learned this one from an assistant in one of the classes I sub in. Call at least five children up to the front. Give them a category, rock groups, kinds of cars, food you hate etc and they each have to respond with a different answer. When you call "scramble" they all have to rearrange themselves and keep doing so until you call stop. The class then must repeat their responses in the order they are in now. It's fun and you can get really creative with the categories. I've played this up to grade five with no problems.
