We are full of giggles and boogers, joy and wildness. It is a wonderful grade to teach if you like small children. K's are diverse and challenging, but overall love everything about what you do at school and are willing to try new things.

A kindergarten teacher must be ready to be a mom, nurse, referee, social worker, comedian and friend. You will deal with crying, puke and children who need directions on how to use the bathroom. My personal favorite lecture is not to pick your nose and eat the boogers.

If you choose this grade you get in return children who worship you, get excited about anything you present as long as you are excited, children who hug you as they leave and cry on Saturdays because they cannot come to school.
