Double Names
By Cathy-Dee

Clip to ScrapBook
Lily, now I feel bad for you. I agree with the others that sometimes it is simply a new person who is using the same name as someone else. But when posts become really nasty as the ones in my name did last year - you just
know that there is someone trying to stir things up. It looks like that with your name too since you sign it so distinctly.

Sometimes when it gets to this, we have to ask the editors to remove a thread or posts just to clear up the "problems".

We do not have to like what others say - we can even argue with them, etc., but to hide behind another "regular" poster on the board is a

bit too much.

And again unfortunately we do not always know who is posting on the boards. Some of us do recognize names and posters because after awhile (unless lack of sleep takes over) we write in a similar manner and it becomes recognizable. But there can be students who post, parents or just someone who happened along and decided why not get teachers riled up.

Personally I think if it is going to continue we need to ask the editors to step in and remove some posts just to keep the board from getting any "nastier" than it has been.
