Clip to ScrapBook
It seems to depend on district or building too sometimes. Some districts or buildings require teachers to have a "sub folder" with all the basic info you need to know about class routines, schedule, students, emergency procedures,
who to ask for help, seating charts and more. In these districts or buildings, you will find each classroom pretty well organized for you. Other districts or buildings seem to have no such requirements. In these districts or buildings, what you find can vary from no plans to very organized sub folders. It also seems to be a factor sometimes if teachers have subbed before having
a classroom. If the teacher has subbed, this teacher sometimes seem more organized because he or she knows from the subbing experience what will be helpful to you.
