Talk is over now it's time for action By Patricia

| Families are forever and should help each other when one isn't able to help himself. My parents never turned any of us away, even my younger brother who has a problem with alcohol, or even my husband and I when we were young and homeless. Put conditions on his moving in and if he doesn't meet them then help him find someplace else to live. Give him a chance with tight conditions and follow through on the consequences of his not following your rules. No matter how old he is if he is living in your home then he will have to live by your rules. My parents let one of my brother's daughters live with them even though they didn't want to because they have never lived alone. She stayed about a year and now has her own place, next door, and the other granddaughter will move in with my parents in June. We do what we have to do because we love our children and I know you will do what is right for your son. He needs help now while he is young. My parents regret not forcing my brother to get help and now he is to set in his ways to stop or at least that is the excuse he gives. Is this your only child?
