I think that you should right the prayer on big chart paper. First, start out with having the students fill in key words, such as "Hail Mary,full of ______. (grace) Then you can leave out more words as the children become more familiar. This already might be too easy for them. You can also recite Hail Mary's having each student say a different line. Since they never know what line they will get they will have to remember the entire prayer.
