So Childish
By Patty

Clip to ScrapBook
I have never seen a bunch of adults, educators at that make such a fuss about a single thread in my life. I have never posted a message, but have always read them. It's pitiful to see these sort of messages. Heather, yea
your tone was not friendly, but why should it have been? You were upset, and you have the right to be. I feel not sorry for you, but for the other so called teachers on this board for not taking the time to read this for what it is, which is a simple message, in a VENT room, about a particular problem that you was having. I commend you for defending yourself. It's a shame that you have
to do that, but it is reality.

I don't htink that you wrote a post on here to get pity. I think that it truely was an attempt to blow off some steam, instead you get ridiculed for your feelings. I do agree with what someone (not sure who) said about them being insecure about themselves. They are! Why else would they act like children? Having to comment everytime you make an attempt to defend yourself.

To the last posted who obviously was a coward to not post his or her real name: If you say that Heather is carring on like a child with her incessant ranting, why then, are you still posting messages when not once, but twice, she has said that she is ending the conversation. Then to challenge her to post again????? GROW UP! The only ones with a miserable attitude are the ones who write negative, and insulting posts. Who do you think you are? Certainly not anyone that I would want teaching my child.

She may have given a rat's ass about what anyone was saying, but how could she sit there, day after day, seeing you all cut her down,a nd not say a word about it. It is human nature to defend yourself, that's what I see she is doing.

Honestly, most of these posts are irrelevant to her original post.
Answer me one question please. Why respond to someone if all you are going to do is insult them? What's the use of it?

I will probably get all sort of messages about what I have wrote. If you take offense to any of it, then too bad. Not my problem that you take things personal, ..... not Heather's either.

I do agree, that her messages were generally speaking. If you responded, then you have let the cat out of the bag that you are exactly who she is explaining.

I have seen bickering, and fighting among teachers. Have I ever seen this much immaturity between adults? No. It isn't right, the way that we act here, reflects the way that we act everwhere else. GROW UP, EVERYONE! (makes me feel as if I were teaching 6th grade again! )
