Mom is furious. How dare I have her child who'd never lie clean up a bathroom? She hung up on me, then called me back at home using her caller ID and proceeded to tell me her son was merely distracted and accidentally peed on the wall. It got heated and I suggested she call the school and schedule an appt with myself and the principal.....Help! Now what?
