games

Clip to ScrapBook
We sometimes play a game called sink or swim. Divide the class up into two teams. Ask the first team a question. If they get it right they make sink anyone from the opposing team. Meaning they have to sit down. If the
other team gets a question right they can sink someone from the opposing team or rescue their team mate who had to sink. The team with the most team mates standing is the winner. My class really likes this game. I also play classroom feud. I divide the class into two teams again. I pick one person from each team. They stand with facing a desk between the two of them with their hands
behind their back. I have an object, usually an eraser on the desk between them. I ask a question. If they know the answer they have to pick up the eraser. If they get it wrong, I go to the other person and they get to confer with their group. I hope that you understand these, I'm typing kind of fast. Email me if you have any questions.
