    Hi Sandi,
How about the old standby Christmas Alphabet.
C is for the candy trimmed around the Christmas Tree etc.
You could make cards with letters for each child to step forward. You could perhaps lower the card to show a picture of their chest or even have the picture on the back of the letter card and flip it over.
I take the whole school for a Christmas singsong and one of the favourites with our kids is the Twelve days of Christmas ( with variations of course).
For example the first verse is
on the 1st day of Christmas my true love gave to me, (flap arms) A partridge in a pear tree.

On the 2nd day of Christmas my true love gave to me, two turtle doves (kiss hand twice) and a (flap arms)partridge in a pear tree.

On the 3rd day of Christmas my true love gave to me, three French hens (one hand on waist and the other behind head, say ooh la la) , two turtle doves (kiss, kiss) and a (flap arms) partridge in a pear tree.

And so it goes on until by the end it can be hysterical. Last year I got the staff to do the actions and the kids to sing. Some of the children who hadn't seen it before were mesmerised. If you want me to tell you the rest of the actions, just put another message on the board. I don't want to write it all out if it isn't suitable.
of course you realise that I'll be singing that song for the rest of the weekend!!!!
    Grace
