first year teaching

I am going to be student teaching in spring and starting to teach in fall. I am so scared. It is not that I don't want to teach, but the thought of that first year... I feel so unprepared. What is I get in there and don't know what I am doing? What are the best things I can do over the summer to not feel so helpless?
