peer coaching By Lily

This is what I was taught in one of my classes....Peer coaching is just that, "coaching". It is not an evaluation process. It is merely just for feedback to enhance curriculum and instruction. The teacher chooses an area to be observed and then the coach just focuses on that area. Then she provides feedback. Ex. Do I call on more boys than girls? Do I give more response time for some than others? It has been a while. Do I have this confused with something else?
