bacteria
By Debbie

Clip to ScrapBook
There are a ton of fun activities you can do with bacteria and viruses. One of the kids favorites is a bacteria hunt. Give a group of students a petri dish and a sterile swab and have them collect samples by swabbing different areas throughout the school and culturing them. This activity can be found in almost any science lab book. Another fun activity is showing students how viruses are spread using test tubes of water, phenophalein and sodium hyroxide. If you want the directions send me an email.
