Sci. of food
By James

Clip to ScrapBook
M, fill a small glass jar such as a peanut butter jar, with
about 3cm's from the bottom with heavy cream. Add
.25 of a teaspoon of salt, kosher if you have it, or regular, shake it up very hard, and butter will form on
the inside of the lid. Spread on crackers of your choice.
Yum!! keep shaking until the butter forms, it will be a
small amount but never the less, butter. Good shaking!
J. sci question?? why won't the butter form w/o the salt?
