check out handwriting without tears

this program has the letters spaced across the page let's see if i can create you a poor example below I'll use letter a as an example

a__________ a_________ a___________a_________

this allows the child to write a letter and then see another example of the letter and if you're a lefty you can see the letters ahead to use to make your letter....does that make sense? you could easily create this type of worksheet if no one in you school has handwriting without tears (but I'd check with your OT since this program was designed by an OT - so they may be familiar)
anyway I use the program and it doesn't confuse the kids and would satisfy your mom too
