noise level By teacherkasey

Try playing music very softly. Tell the children that if they can hear the music their noise level is okay. If they can't hear the music they need to quiet down and help get their friends to quiet down too.

Also, instead of raising your voice try whispering. "If you can hear my voice put your hand on your head" etc.
