daily notebook
By Cheryl

Clip to ScrapBook
Last year I had a student who caused me the same headaches. Before he left (he really lived in another district) I wrote in a notebook that went home daily. I too was documenting the behavior that I saw in class. The parents who also didn't believe in meds took my notebook to the pediatrician and together they decided meds were necessary. I don't know how that child made out, but he was definitely in need of medication (and I'm a mom with a kid and ADD who doesn't believe in it). Sometimes that's the only solution.
