Books! You may not be able to give them this year, but you could start collecting them now. When the students order books from book clubs, it seems I always have enough of an order to get 5 free books or $15 worth. Sometimes they even have 95 cent books that I purchase myself. I have a big box of brand new books that I let my students choose from as a gift to me. They love it!
