Snowman Soup

I found this idea last year on one of the boards and my sixth graders loved it. I do rubber stamping so I decorated a brown lunch bag with a snowman and attached the poem to the front of the bag. I placed decorated holiday cups in the bag. Also you can buy hot chocolate with the marshmallows included. It is a neat product because the marshmallows are not actually in the cocoa but in a separate package. Some children don't like the marshmallows in their hot chocolate.

students thus it is a good activity for an how to paragraph. Then I use their paragraphs to make the hot chocolate which is an extra for doing the assignment correctly. I used an coffee maker to heat the water in the class. Have fun.
