try to ignore the negative

You are so right, helpful teacher! I come on this website to read up on ideas and offer some. At times I will cringe at the negative responses to postings of teachers who need help. Try to skip those parts, as I have learned to do. The amount of helpful teachers far outweighs the negative ones, anyway!
