You just have to overlook some of this. Most posters are willing to help out a fellow teacher here but then there are a few who want to ridicule. You have to just move on like the other poster said because you aren't going to change their minds. Remember this really is a place to vent and seek advice(helpful and productive advice) so if you do have someone that goes off on a tangent, just overlook it and just don't respond to their post. That is what they want. Maybe if they don't get the attention, then they will just move along. So post if you need to. There are many of us that will try and help out!
