I understand just how you feel. I too work at a school with a SORRY principal. Our school is only 4th and 5th grade with less that 250 students, therefore she should have the time to be more involved. All she does is sit in her office and eat and joke with the office staff. She is never seen in the halls or the classrooms. I too have asked for assistance with out of control kids. She said that she would come to my class and make suggestions. This was in August, and she is yet to come. Our parents are also fooled big time. I too wish that I was at another school. I understand that a principal has so much to deal with, but you would think that she would actually care about the students and the teachers.
